We are excited to announce we finally have Democratic representation in town as of the June 6th, 2023 election! The Democratic representation is in the form of County Committee Members who make up the grass roots level of the Democratic Party.
Our main objectives are to build a community of like-minded people and to make sure all Democrats in town are registered and able to vote.
United By A Common Goal
Our local government is comprised of 5 committee members, which includes the Mayor. They are responsible for policy decisions, enacting ordinances, budgets and overseeing the administration of various departments and services. While there are currently no Democrats in any of these positions, we hope that through unity and collaboration we can change that.
